Watson swaps Wigan for Watford

Watford have completing the signing of midfielder Ben Watson on a permanent contract.

The 29-year-old, who was allowed to leave Wigan Athletic with just six months left on his contract, scored the stoppage-time winner in the Latic’s 2013 FA Cup final win over Manchester City.

Watson is expected to go straight into the Hornets’ squad for Saturday’s game with Blackpool.
